No, you can cancel eCommerce One at any time with full flexibility.
eCommerce One supports businesses with international invoicing and tax handling across numerous European countries. Different tax rates, tax rules, and country-specific requirements can be managed flexibly. Currently supported countries include Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Sweden, Denmark, Ireland, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Romania, Hungary, the Czech Republic, and the United Kingdom.
Business documents can be created and managed in multiple currencies. eCommerce One currently supports the Euro, US Dollar, and more than 100 additional currencies.
Your data is stored in the cloud with Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Frankfurt, Germany. All eCommerce One servers are also located there.
We currently do not offer telephone support. However, our team usually responds to support requests within one business day with a qualified answer.
No, we currently do not offer custom feature development. However, we are always happy to evaluate whether specific feature requests can be incorporated into the overall product for all customers.
Yes, this is possible. eCommerce One supports importing data through specific formats such as CSV. In addition, historical data from online marketplaces can often be imported automatically.
We currently do not offer individual onboarding, product demonstrations, or workshops. As a self-service solution, we provide extensive step-by-step guides, knowledge base articles, and videos. If you have additional questions, our support team will be happy to assist you.
Absolutely. This is one of the core features of eCommerce One. You can even manage multiple shops on the same marketplace (e.g. Etsy) and configure different settings for each shop to maximize flexibility.
Yes. eCommerce One provides a comprehensive product management system including prices, manufacturing costs, inventory information, packaging data, weights, customs information, and many other attributes. However, marketplace product listings cannot currently be created or edited directly through eCommerce One.
Yes. In addition to outgoing invoices, you can also manage supplier invoices, purchase invoices, and other expense documents. This provides significantly better visibility into costs, margins, and the overall financial performance of your business.
Yes, you can create an unlimited number of users with different permission roles. Depending on the assigned role, users can access all or only selected areas of eCommerce One. This allows you to provide employees with access based on their responsibilities.
An integrated POS system is currently not part of eCommerce One. However, sales from external POS systems such as Shopify POS can be imported through integrations and managed together with all other business transactions.
Yes. eCommerce One offers extensive automation capabilities for document creation, email notifications, payment reminders, shipping processes, data imports, and many other business workflows. This can significantly reduce repetitive tasks.
No. eCommerce One is designed for freelancers, service providers, small and medium-sized businesses, as well as online merchants. Quotations, sales orders, invoices, supplier invoices, customer management, financial processes, and many other business operations can be managed independently of the sales channel.
Yes. eCommerce One includes all essential features of a modern invoicing solution and extends them with sales order management, document management, financial overviews, automation, shipping functionality, and numerous additional ERP capabilities.
