For each online marketplace that you connect to eCommerce One, all languages offered by the respective marketplace are available to you. With ETSY, for example, you can have your orders and other data imported in German, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Polish or Portuguese. eCommerce One itself is available in German, English, French, Spanish and Italian with regard to its user interface. You can therefore use eCommerce One in English, for example, but have your orders and generated documents such as invoices, delivery bills etc. imported and issued in French.
No, you can cancel eCommerce One flexibly at any time.
eCommerce One offers you the respective tax treatment for most European countries, e.g. with regard to invoicing. You can therefore set different tax rates available for the respective country for your online stores and documents such as invoices. The following countries are currently supported: Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Czech Republic, Spain, France, Croatia, Netherlands, Poland, Belgium, Estonia, Denmark, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Slovakia, England, Romania, Sweden, Hungary.
Depending on the respective connected online marketplace (e.g. Amazon, ETSY, etc.), you can set the currency in which your receipts, such as invoices, are to be issued. ECommerce One currently supports the following currencies: Euro, US dollar, British pound, Polish złoty, Swiss franc, Norwegian krone, Swedish krona, Danish krone, Czech koruna and Turkish lira.
Your data is stored in the cloud at Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Frankfurt. All eCommerce One servers are also located there.

No, we do not currently offer any individual functional options. However, we are happy to evaluate the possibilities of integrating specific expansion requests into our overall package.
Yes, this is possible. eCommerce One offers the option of importing data via a specific format (e.g. CSV). Alternatively, you can import data from online marketplaces from the past automatically.
We do not currently offer individual onboarding in the form of product demos or workshops. However, we do offer comprehensive step-by-step instructions, information articles and videos as a self-service solution. If you have any further questions, our support team will be happy to help you.
Yes absolutely, this is one of the core functions of eCommerce One. You can even manage multiple stores on the same marketplace (e.g. ETSY) and make various different settings per store for maximum flexibility.
eCommerce One offers you the option of automatically transmitting the order status, shipment information and stock levels to your stores & online marketplaces. Product listings themselves cannot currently be managed via eCommerce One.
Yes, in addition to outgoing invoices, which are usually generated automatically from your orders, you can also enter incoming invoices and expense receipts.
Yes, it is possible to create any number of users with different authorization roles. Depending on the role, the user can either use all or only certain areas of eCommerce One. This allows you to provide your employees with access depending on their activity.
No, there is currently no direct function for POS sales in eCommerce One. However, you can record POS sales via providers such as Shopify and connect these providers to eCommerce One via an interface to import the orders.
Yes, there are various automation options for e.g. invoicing, sending shipping notifications or payment reminders by email. With the numerous eCommerce One automation rules, many scenarios are conceivable that save a lot of time and money.
